hot fuzz

hmm the blog title is laden with alot of double meaning. anyways for a moment there i thought my midas touch when it came to movies was fouling up, but instead this was a tastefully executed movie which nicely toe-ed the line from campy! i love how they shamelessly flaunted self parody without any restraint. and it was mother funny lah. and amanda soon is scared of men in black robes running around in broad daylight.

hmm i guess we had our first few disagreements yesterday. the day quickly vacillated between happiness and shouting love over the phone in covent garden and alot of emo brooding and weary unhappiness. the so called honeymoon period was ridiculously fucking high, descent to earth of course is rather different, but i think we'll work out the fine balance in our relationship between all our priorities. anyways waking up in the morning to cuddles certainly solves any problems =) it may be cheesy, but its just a reminder of what is important to you and what really matters, and how you want to go out to make things work.
